RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please be aware, that our products are handmade and so small glue stains on seals may be visible. However, we will never send you a product that we deem faulty. Sadly we cannot make our products my machine and so homemade imperfections are normal!

At WOWE, I endeavour to make sure you’re 100% happy with your product! For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on my products. However, if the product is deemed faulty, please do not hesitate to contact me at  lizzy.wowe@gmail.com to obtain a full refund.
